Quality Guarantee

Every item is quality-checked before shipping. If you receive an item with any of the following defects, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange:

  • Visible manufacturing defects (broken stitching, loose hardware, damaged clasps)
  • Significant difference from product photos
  • Damage during shipping
  • Wrong model or colour delivered

Return Process

  2. Send order details + photos/video of the issue
  3. We confirm and arrange pickup / give return address
  4. Refund or replacement within 3-5 business days after we receive the return

Not Eligible

  • Items used, washed, or damaged after delivery (non-defect)
  • Missing/damaged packaging or tags
  • Wrong size due to buyer choice (please WhatsApp for sizing before ordering)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Requests filed more than 7 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by us for quality-defect cases. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
