Quality Guarantee
Every item is quality-checked before shipping. If you receive an item with any of the following defects, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange:
- Visible manufacturing defects (broken stitching, loose hardware, damaged clasps)
- Significant difference from product photos
- Damage during shipping
- Wrong model or colour delivered
Return Process

- Send order details + photos/video of the issue
- We confirm and arrange pickup / give return address
- Refund or replacement within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
Not Eligible
- Items used, washed, or damaged after delivery (non-defect)
- Missing/damaged packaging or tags
- Wrong size due to buyer choice (please WhatsApp for sizing before ordering)
- Custom or special-order items
- Requests filed more than 7 days after delivery
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by us for quality-defect cases. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
