- How do I pay?
- Malaysian bank transfer (Maybank2u / TNG / DuitNow / FPX). We don't store any payment info on the site — you pay through your own bank app directly.
- Delivery time?
- Local stock 1-3 days, international order ~10-15 business days. Depends on the piece — we tell you the ETA when you ask on WhatsApp.
- Where do you ship?
- Free shipping in Malaysia for orders RM 300+. We also forward to Singapore / Indonesia / Brunei — quote on WhatsApp.
- Can I exchange if size doesn't fit?
- Yes — within 7 days of delivery, via WhatsApp. We strongly recommend asking for the size chart before ordering. See Returns policy.
- Do items come with packaging?
- Top-tier factory pieces include original boxes, dust bags, and info cards. Not boutique invoices, but complete and consistent. Watches come with box, manual, and cards.
- How do I know the quality is real?
- ChloeLuxe only sources top-factory (ZP / 1:1) grade — not bulk replica. We've worked with each factory for years and verify cuts, hardware, leather. Want to confirm a specific piece? WhatsApp us, we'll send a real-shot video.
- Can I see items in person?
- Yes — by appointment in central Kuala Lumpur. WhatsApp us to book.
- Can you source a specific piece not on the site?
- Yes. Send the reference photo / link / screenshot via WhatsApp. We check factory versions and quote — usually 2-5 days for a plan.
- Do you have WeChat?
- Primary channel is WhatsApp but we have WeChat too. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll share.
