What We Collect
ChloeLuxe is a WhatsApp-based boutique. We do not require website accounts and do not store credit card information. All orders are completed through private WhatsApp conversations.
Information we collect is limited to:
- Name, address, phone you share via WhatsApp — for delivery
- Basic access logs (IP, timestamp) — for server security
- Cart / wishlist — stored only in your browser's localStorage, we cannot see them
How We Use It
- Processing orders and logistics
- Necessary post-sale contact (out-of-stock, exchange, tracking)
- Occasional new-arrival notifications (reply STOP to opt out)
What We Never Do
- Sell your contact info to third parties
- Send unrelated ads without permission
- Store sensitive payment / ID information (payment is via direct bank transfer you initiate)
Cookies & Analytics
We use basic cookies to maintain language preference and cart state. Vercel Analytics gives us anonymous aggregated traffic data — no individual browsing tracking.
